NOTICE OF REFERENDUM FOR PROPSED CHANGEDS TO THE ABF NATIONAL MASTER AGREMENT, SUPPLEMENTS AND RIDERS:

The Referendum is being conducted by electronic ballot. Voter information will be mailed to all eligible members on or about Thursday, April 19, 2018. All votes must be received by ballotpoint by 8:00 pm eastern time on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 to be counted.

On Wednesday, May 9, 2018 ABF members may review the eligbility roster at the local union.

Once all eligibility issues are resolved, the ballots will be tallied on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 8:00 pm eastern. All members will have the opportunity to view the tally on a website and hear the tally via tele-form. That information will be distributed next week.

Members who have not received a voter access code by Thursday, April 26, 2018 should contact their local union office at (704) 596-2475 to request a voter access code. A voter access code may be requested through 12:00 noon, eastern time, Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Members will receive their replacement access codes by their choice of email or text.
